3 Basic Moves

1. Mountain Climber
Set your body up in a plank position with your toes on the sliders. Make sure your abs are engaged and your hips are in line with your shoulders. Keeping this plank position, you will start to bend one knee and pull that knee towards your bellybutton, sliding the slider along the carpet. Return that leg back to the starting position as the other leg begins to pull in towards your belly button. The legs won’t stop moving. Check your position throughout the movement and make sure your hips are staying inline with your shoulders.

2. V-slide
Set your body up in a plank position with your toes on the sliders. Make sure your abs are engaged and your hips are in line with your shoulders. Keeping this plank position, you will slide the sliders out to shoulder distance apart and then slide them back together. It’s a small movement that takes alot of control. Make sure you don’t let your back sag towards the floor.

3. Pike
Set your body up in a plank position with your toes on the sliders. Make sure your abs are engaged and your hips are in line with your shoulders. Using your abs, you will keep straight legs and slide the sliders in towards your nose. Your hips will lift up towards the ceiling. You will return to your start position by sliding the sliders back to a plank position.
